Robosapien V2 - THE SAGA

Robosapien V2 - THE SAGA

Here is the ENTIRE thread of my journey with the Robosapien V2, in chronological order.

It traces my journey of taking a completely out-of-commission Robosapien V2 from an inanimate piece of DISPLAY ONLY JUNK to a fully functioning base unit...and beyond.

My intention is to eventually produce a heavily customized anthropomorphic robotic chassis controlled via advanced, cloud-based robotic processing functionality.

For those looking for point-specific information or solutions, I have posted sections of this great big post as targeted "mini posts", or you can just click on the links embedded below

Here's the story of me and my Robosapien V2.

  1. Hi!! Thanks a lot for your information... when i was young i see a Robosapien and i want one but here (Mexico) was a really expensive toy. Now i study electronics and i want to be a Maker, i like 3D printing (i builded a RepRap), arduino and everything else!!

So i decide to build my first basic robot, and i remember the robosapien, so i start searching information and find some information about "hacking"... Your information is the most complete that i have found.... i hope this will be available for some time more because much of the "old" information (i know 2005 sound recently... but on the www looks is too much) is not complete nowadays.
